SMIM20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMIM20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM20-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR30B, RNA5SP252, and LINC01706. Each is linked with SMIM20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM20-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR30B grouped by SMIM20-low versus SMIM20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMIM20→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMIM20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
