SMG9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMG9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,761 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMG9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IRGQ, UBA2, and RAB31. Each is linked with SMG9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMG9-to-partner and partner-to-SMG9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMG9 versus IRGQ in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMG9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMG9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
