Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMG9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,189 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMG9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASIP1, MYO9B, and NOSTRIN. Each is linked with SMG9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMG9-to-partner and partner-to-SMG9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMG9 versus RASIP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMG9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMG9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
