SMG9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMG9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 389 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMG9-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF2, PRAMEF7, and MIR4773-1. Each is linked with SMG9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMG9-to-partner and partner-to-SMG9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NF2 grouped by SMG9-low versus SMG9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMG9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMG9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
