SMG9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMG9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,130 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMG9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIC, ZNF526, and CLASRP. Each is linked with SMG9 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMG9-to-partner and partner-to-SMG9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMG9 versus CIC in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMG9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMG9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
