Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMG9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,696 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMG9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MDN1, DHX58, and CDKN2D. Each is linked with SMG9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMG9-to-partner and partner-to-SMG9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMG9 versus MDN1 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMG9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMG9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
