Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMG5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are NXPE4, CYLC1, and GHRHR. Each is linked with SMG5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMG5-to-partner and partner-to-SMG5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
