SMG1P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMG1P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMG1P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-674P, RNU6-784P, and GAPDHP36. Each is linked with SMG1P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMG1P1-to-partner and partner-to-SMG1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-674P grouped by SMG1P1-low versus SMG1P1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMG1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMG1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
