RN7SKP273 expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in READ. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SKP273 is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Additionally, RN7SKP273 RNA expression shows 10,299 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Together, these results highlight READ, LUSC, and ESCA as cancer lineages where RN7SKP273 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
