Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMCP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 330 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMCP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHCHD2P11, RN7SL726P, and PRAMEF28P. Each is linked with SMCP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMCP-to-partner and partner-to-SMCP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHCHD2P11 grouped by SMCP-low versus SMCP-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMCP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMCP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
