SMCP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMCP RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 126 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMCP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHANK1, SLC28A1, and INTS8. Each is linked with SMCP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMCP-to-partner and partner-to-SMCP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SHANK1 grouped by SMCP-low versus SMCP-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMCP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMCP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
