Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMC3P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,019 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMC3P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGA5, DDAH1, and MTFR1L_S103. Each is linked with SMC3P1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMC3P1-to-partner and partner-to-SMC3P1 results are reported.
