SMC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,390 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLD1, RPL12_S38, and NASP. Each is linked with SMC2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMC2-to-partner and partner-to-SMC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMC2 versus POLD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
