SMC1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMC1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,322 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMC1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC2, DNMT3A, and DLG5_S264. Each is linked with SMC1B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMC1B-to-partner and partner-to-SMC1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMC1B versus RFC2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMC1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMC1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
