Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMC1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 232 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMC1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRDJ3, TELO2, and CASP2. Each is linked with SMC1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMC1B-to-partner and partner-to-SMC1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMC1B versus TRDJ3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMC1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMC1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
