SMC1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMC1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,593 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMC1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRIM2, RFC2, and RRM2. Each is linked with SMC1A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMC1A-to-partner and partner-to-SMC1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMC1A versus PRIM2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMC1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMC1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
