SMC1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMC1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMC1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Lck, YB-1, and S6_pS240_S244. Each is linked with SMC1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMC1A-to-partner and partner-to-SMC1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Lck grouped by SMC1A-low versus SMC1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMC1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMC1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
