SMARCE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,838 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRPF4B, RBM12, and SUPT6H. Each is linked with SMARCE1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCE1-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMARCE1 versus PRPF4B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
