SMARCE1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,191 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIN9, FANCE, and PASK. Each is linked with SMARCE1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCE1-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMARCE1 versus LIN9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
