Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMARCE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,613 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA export from nucleus, Nucleosome disassembly, and RNA export from nucleus. Each is linked with SMARCE1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCE1-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCE1 results are reported.
