SMARCE1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMARCE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,055 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HDDC2, ERAS, and CAPS2. Each is linked with SMARCE1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCE1-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMARCE1 versus HDDC2 in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
