The most reproducible SMARCE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic programming of gene expression, Ventricular cardiac muscle tissue development, and Positive regulation of glycogen catabolic process. Each is linked with SMARCE1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCE1-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCE1 results are reported.
