SMARCD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,900 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SARM1, MAP1A, and MAP1B_S992. Each is linked with SMARCD3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCD3-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMARCD3 versus SARM1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
