Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMARCD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,103 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCD3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are IMP salvage, Regulation of smooth muscle cell differentiation, and Heart contraction. Each is linked with SMARCD3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCD3-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCD3 results are reported.
