SMARCD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMARCD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSLP, HSFY2, and OR10W1. Each is linked with SMARCD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCD3-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSLP grouped by SMARCD3-low versus SMARCD3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
