SMARCA5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,352 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCA5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HPF1, CISD1, and CPT1A. Each is linked with SMARCA5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCA5-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMARCA5 versus HPF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
