The most reproducible SMARCA5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of chromosome condensation, Regulation of chromosome condensation, and Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic. Each is linked with SMARCA5 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCA5-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCA5 results are reported.
