SMARCA4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMARCA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,317 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM29, TNPO2, and RAVER1. Each is linked with SMARCA4 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCA4-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMARCA4 versus TIMM29 in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
