Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMARCA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,545 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCA4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of glucose mediated signaling pathway, Positive regulation of glucose mediated signaling pathway, and Regulation of protein localization to chromatin. Each is linked with SMARCA4 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCA4-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCA4 results are reported.
