The most reproducible SMARCA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIAA0895, KBTBD6, and SNUPN. Each is linked with SMARCA4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCA4-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCA4 results are reported.
