SMARCA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,084 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED13L, RBSN, and REV1. Each is linked with SMARCA2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCA2-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMARCA2 versus MED13L in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
