SMAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,263 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGKV2D-23, SLC25A15P1, and HSPE1P24. Each is linked with SMAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAP1-to-partner and partner-to-SMAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGKV2D-23 grouped by SMAP1-low versus SMAP1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
