SMAGP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMAGP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 232 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAGP-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM30B, MIR6512, and ZBTB8OSP1. Each is linked with SMAGP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAGP-to-partner and partner-to-SMAGP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM30B grouped by SMAGP-low versus SMAGP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAGP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAGP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
