SMAD6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMAD6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSX7, NPHS2, and KCNK17. Each is linked with SMAD6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAD6-to-partner and partner-to-SMAD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSX7 grouped by SMAD6-low versus SMAD6-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
