SMAD5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMAD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,788 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAD5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C5orf24, LAIR1, and S100A8. Each is linked with SMAD5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAD5-to-partner and partner-to-SMAD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMAD5 versus C5orf24 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
