SMAD5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMAD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,347 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are AFF4, RAPGEF6, and FAM53C. Each is linked with SMAD5 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAD5-to-partner and partner-to-SMAD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMAD5 versus AFF4 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
