Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMAD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,033 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMAD5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mRNA catabolic process, Centriole-centriole cohesion, and Peptidyl-serine phosphorylation. Each is linked with SMAD5 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAD5-to-partner and partner-to-SMAD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of mRNA catabolic process grouped by SMAD5-low versus SMAD5-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
