Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMAD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,418 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMAD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLI, DYM, and ELAC1. Each is linked with SMAD4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAD4-to-partner and partner-to-SMAD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMAD4 versus POLI in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
