SMAD3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMAD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,340 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP5, COPS4, and COPS5. Each is linked with SMAD3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAD3-to-partner and partner-to-SMAD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMAD3 versus USP5 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
