Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMAD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,423 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMAD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM66C, TSPY26P, and DHRS2. Each is linked with SMAD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAD2-to-partner and partner-to-SMAD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM66C grouped by SMAD2-low versus SMAD2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
