Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMAD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,170 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SETD7, SLC10A7, and NEK1. Each is linked with SMAD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAD1-to-partner and partner-to-SMAD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMAD1 versus SETD7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
