SLX4IP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLX4IP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,016 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLX4IP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAVS, NSFL1C, and TRMT61A. Each is linked with SLX4IP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLX4IP-to-partner and partner-to-SLX4IP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLX4IP versus MAVS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLX4IP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLX4IP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
