Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLX4IP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,053 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLX4IP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Promoter clearance during DNA-templated transcription, and RNA polymerase II promoter clearance. Each is linked with SLX4IP in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLX4IP-to-partner and partner-to-SLX4IP results are reported.
