SLX4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,994 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLX4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAST4_S1523, SLX4IP_S396, and MTA1_S576. Each is linked with SLX4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLX4-to-partner and partner-to-SLX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
