Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,104 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLX4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centrosome cycle, DNA double-strand break processing involved in repair via single-strand annealing, and Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with SLX4 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLX4-to-partner and partner-to-SLX4 results are reported.
