Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLURP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,854 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLURP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP192, GPR75, and TUT4. Each is linked with SLURP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLURP1-to-partner and partner-to-SLURP1 results are reported.
