Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLURP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLURP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNPO3P1, MIR494, and RNU6-545P. Each is linked with SLURP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLURP1-to-partner and partner-to-SLURP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TNPO3P1 grouped by SLURP1-low versus SLURP1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLURP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLURP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
