SLU7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLU7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,304 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLU7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAT2B, KIAA1191, and RARS1. Each is linked with SLU7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLU7-to-partner and partner-to-SLU7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLU7 versus MAT2B in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLU7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLU7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
