Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLU7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,555 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLU7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRIM1, RMND5B, and CDC25C. Each is linked with SLU7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLU7-to-partner and partner-to-SLU7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLU7 versus PRIM1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLU7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLU7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
