SLU7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLU7 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLU7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Basophils, CD4+ Tem, and Eosinophils. Each is linked with SLU7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLU7-to-partner and partner-to-SLU7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Basophils grouped by SLU7-low versus SLU7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLU7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLU7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
